yes, an emt-p license, a BSN with a masters in community health is trumped by a 16 year old who has watched some videos on the internet. When you get your high school diploma, and maybe a GENERAL biology class out of the way come talk to me, kid. The FACT is that you do not even have an inkling of a scientific background to be able to even understand the "medical studies" that I could cite on this snake oil business.
This is not a personal blast, but a warning to you to do some more research. This goes for any type of medicine, conventional or quacky.
There's an old saying "If it's too good to be true..."

how about some yale harvard cornell m.d.'s... because thats what the doctors are... i am simply siting their info.
theres 2 roads to be taken... i took the one less traveled... (if you wana do lame corny quotes :)
seriously, come back after researching thousands of cases... success cases theyve worked with and read her book and talk to me. i dont care if your the head surgeon a famous hospital. seriously. dont be ignorant. dont be like that. "OH your 16 your wrong im write im older more experienced and smarter" ive heard that so many times. mostly with guitar and school but still... read it.
its not too good to be true if its real.
do some more research... haha how bout you do that... what do want me to research? how chemo and radiation dont kill? they do. how thats the best way to treat cancer? its not. how bout you read up and talk. if you think the same thing after reading the book... well i doubt that you will.

please...start citing! im on my computer a lot! their names are
dr.berzinsky
dr.linchitz
dr.forsythe
dr.gonzolaz(hes the most radical, apparently it works but its a hard life style)
give me some proof theyre crack theories... back your talk up...
i can say theyve cured thousands. including people i know. they have huge sucess rates, the sad deaths are usually when they have no immune system left from chemo and radiation. (note the fda has arrested these doctors in practice and put them in jail... berzinsky i know has worked out a deal with the fda, now to see him you must have tryed traditional methods... then you can be cured... why? so the fda gets of his back)
seriously. get facts before you talk. i honestly dont know what your trying to defend... the cures are crack pot cures? the chemo works? both are wrong.
@CM
You're falling into the oldest trap in the world my friend. You're confusing education with intellect. You appear to be falling into the category of someone who lives a lifetime and learns nothing.
Why don't you get off your high horse, forget that Elliot is only 16 and listen to what he's got to say. It may save your life one day!
Oh, and if it's about age, I trump your 28 by being 56!

Post your rendition, it'd be great to hear it. I actually downloaded this version of the song (it's originally Tears for Fears or some other 80s band I believe, I can't remember). But this version was in a commercial for a video game, it was a pretty sweet commercial!

My old band used to play a cove of Hysteria by muse... it was disastrous! haha Drummer lost time and was all over the place plus I didn't enjoy playing the solo so I went nuts on it xD haha it was bad, the bass was always fun to listen(and see) though, pretty cool song for bass.

I don't think you will get flamed for resurrecting this type of thread. I totally forgot about it and am glad you found it and brought it back.
My opinion is that working 70+ hours this week, while being sick, sucks big time. My opinion is also that I am glad I took some time to play guitar this morning before leaving for the office. :o)
Kurt Cobain was a amazing poet, I have read his few books that he wrote. I can say with out a don't he was more miss understood, then overrated or underrated when it came to the writing of his songs. Do I think this justifies him taking a shotgun to his brain, hell NO.
"no one gets me" Ya that and every teenager says so, no wounder they picked you as some kind of dumb Icon so deal with it. Guess he did, in his own way.
Now if we look at Cobain as a guitarist, things get interesting. You could easy take his simplicity of the guitar and use of chromatic blues riffs, as talent or lack there of. I think his guitar riffs are fun, they are a great way to learn how to but simple motivational expressions into your playing. After that not much more to them...
just my opinions :)
Also Hendrix was a legend death, would have been a just a notable guitarist in life.

Kid rock is horrible.
Tool is the worst band ever.
People need to stop hating yngwie maalmsteen,Because
they cant play like him or they hate his persona.
If we hated all our favorite musicians based on what they do and
how they act act,we'd hate ozzy, kieth richards and vh for being drunk.Or john bonham and jimi hendrix for becoming
musical heroes to youth, and Od'ing on drugs and alchohol.
My point. Its not an artist personality that matters, its
the music he makes.

@darkriff Want to talk about repetitve? tool uses the
same bass line for every song. They try to be prog, but there sound
is a bunch of discordant noise. And the singer is a good lyricist,
but his vocals sound heck.
As for reggae,It is not a horrible genre,it can get repetitive, but
listen to bob marley, then listen to sublime, and tell me if they sound similar.
And as frank zappa and richie kotzen go,I agree 100%

@btimm If you read my post more carfully, you'll eee that i said the bass line for evry tool song is repetitve, not the whole band, thats too discordant and effects saturated too even tell if there repetitve or not.As far as you saying i listened song twice,i would never be caught listening too a tool song more than once. But again i contradict my self because ive listened too all there albums and its all the same song o.o And maynard makes ME cringe, idk about you.
@n eomass EPIC!!
Again all just opinions..

I dislike the vocals, the guitar sounds a bit generic too me and that acoustic song everlong.(i think.thats the name.)
I like there new single, the one that sounds like a rush song, but the name slips my mind. And the drumming is pretty good along with there bass sound. and i like dave grohl(as a person,) and in nirvana.
I hope that was a sufficient answer.
