Hi! My name is John. I recently purchased an acoustic guitar and I am starting a new journey learning to play it. At 37, married and a full time job, it is going to take some commitment and effort on my part. But, I enjoy it immensely (though I am only a few chords old). I hope to learn from this circle of friends and keep me motivated.

I hope its not to late, I mean I've been on the form for sometime now and I never thought of doing this.

Well let me think...My name is James. Neomass1 was a gamer tag that someone made for me that sounds cool. I grow up in California til I was 15 then moved to Oregon. Growing up in CA was fun, but I didn't have an easy life. I escaped a few shooting, and lost a few friends in some. Moving to Oregon told me the world is a big place, and every small place in it has a feel and world to itself.

In High School sucked besides my girls friends, I was living at a school where people didn't like Jews. Well my family is, I don't know whats was harder to deal with. Any why I bring this up because I found classical music because of it. I didn't know about why people hate people of Jewish descent, so I looked into it. I re-found classical music Schindler's list, that is also where I feel in love with movies. At 18 I was playing piano like crazy (guitar on the side) and left to Portland for my film degree.

Now I'm 21 working in film, and doing scores for films as well. :) Living the dream.

I'll post some of my films under art.

You aren't the only one brother. If you catch my drift.

My name is Engel (Dutch, excuse me for my likely made language-mistakes), I live in the Netherlands and was searching online for a reversed chord finder. Since that moment I've used this website quite often for that purpose so I decided to join and register. I play guitar (electric and acoustic) for 11 yrs orso.. My guitar playing is not bad, though I lack at theory and knowledge of chord-names, since I've learned almost everything by my ears. The main reason that I join this forum and website therefore is to learn more about my fingerboard and what I could do with it. And, how chords/things that I play reguarly (without knowing what I'm playing) are named.

I enjoy all kinds of music, from the heaviest metal to the sweetest pop-songs. I play mostly acoustic, or when playing electric gtr I prefer music like John Mayer Trio, Dave Matthews, Toto, etc.. Sometimes I like to go a bit wilder and play along with e.g. Alice in Chains, Meshuggah, Slipknot, Devin Townsend, Chevelle, and.. and.. and..

So far for my input. Last but not least I need to mention the well appreciated simplicity and great quality of this website. I must admit, I used a lot of reversed chord finding for bands, projects and private music-related purposes. My compliments on this!
