lol, sometimes stick men, doodles and paper designes, can hold a lot of meaning in them, even if they are not flashy.
Just giving a thought. :)

( Rain, Rain )

Rain, rain...Please don't go away,
let me hold you one more day.

You may not have a heart
and every drop you make is cold.
You shed so many tears from all these years alone,
you crack a thunder in the sky when your anger reach it's high
and then you hurt the ones that hold you deep inside.
Seeing the pain you caused,
now you just want to fade away,

But please...Rain, rain don't go away,
I still want to hold you one more day.

Cause I love to see your rain when the sun is at it's brightest,
you look like crystal stars falling from the sky
and when they hit the ground,
the explosion is like my love for you inside
and man what a feeling that is inside.

When your done with your pour and already fade away
and think there's no beauty to remain,
then you should take the time to see your puddle in the moon light.
You reflect the moon like a prefect pane of glass,
showing us what the moon means to all of us.

So rain, rain don't go away,
but if you have to fade away,
can I come to see your rain or
well you rain here again some day?

Rain...Rain...

Very good dude, I like it! I'd love to hear some melody with this. I really think this could be something great :)

I'm all gravy baby! Been living out in the big old world, hating how poor I am but I'm enjoying the experience. I need space to make music without hearing complaints that an electric guitar - unplugged - is too loud :P

Some WIPs. I might have already shown this... if so im sorry. I use only ballpoint pen. Its tedious, and patience is a must. I can't mess up either, as you can't erase the type of pen I use (for the wise guys who were going to say they have pens that have erasers... those are rudimentry. for what I am doing).

"Leave Your Content World" This is a piece actually done... it sold for $300. It was one of only 3 pictures I sold. It took 48 hours total drawing time.

"Caught" by far one of my favorite pieces I have worked on. Sold for $120. Took 22 hours total drawing time (it is significantly smaller than most I do.

"Cynic" First time using pastel on a cardboard... not really great for portraits... interest effect though. I like the character it gives. Time it took to do was 7 hours...

"A Trick and A Dive" Another pen. Took 37 hours to complete.

This is oil on pastel board.

That is an awesome group of pics. I love "Caught" At first glance I thought it was a spider. Also "Cynic" is very cool. I like the cardboard lines effect. I don't know if you know this but the eyes look a lot like a popular National Geographic cover..

Thats the ref pic I used for this draw. I was interested in the eyes, but more interested in the color tone for her skin. If you can't notice, I used greens, reds, purples, and greys to get the right tones. I use national geographic to get ideas... I also use horror movies and a magazine called "Rue Morgue"... if your a horror fan check out their site.
