It's actually not as bad as you would think. I enjoy some of the stuff, so I make sure my classes/research are only in that. Makes life 10000x easier... it's still difficult, just I can focus more :)
But to be honest, I need to get back to basics of guitar and work on my volume, my consistency, and my ability to stay on time... my recent recording is waving a huge flag at me so I'll be working on that while writing my arrangement for Cee Lo Green's *** you :) |

i've been working on some jazz heads and been analizing some kurt rosenwinkel solos/compositions; also a chord melody of stella by starlight and working on my swing articulation. oh and im finally starting to understand chromatic chord changes. i wrote a bluse not too long ago and im working on a tune in song form. |
