The 2nd video was really cool. Didn't care much for the others. I just loved that intro she does. |

She's got something! Got the voice, got talent and a hook. I kinda like her. She doesn't bore me.

I'm not really a fan of any of her music, but unlike a lot of pop stars i heard that she writes all her own music. I don't have any citation for that, but if it's true, credit to her. |

I'd like to have stefani germanotta on stage than lady gaga.
If she sang and played piano, and had a bass playing. Ooh, that would be swinging. |

@ JonathanTheD,
We have a Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann fan in the house! Whey :D
Anyway...
She's got talent... but she's trying too hard to be different... I mean... walking down the read carpet in nothing but raw meat?! What... the... FUK!
Hell didn't even want her.
Stefani Germanotta is talent... the industry consumed her and spat out some mainframe crossbreed. |

Coming to a gala inside the "egg?", acting on videos with tasteless clothing... never heard any reasonable interviews from her...list goes on... Talent, undoubtedly, but no thank you.

JazzMaverick says: she's trying too hard to be different
honestly, I think the opposite. First, which I think you know and most know here or should know, nothing she is doing is particularly new. Second, when she first came out she acknowledged her influence was Bowie and Iggy pop (hell she basically nicked his song(s), or at lest the tone of them) and the whole lot that goes with them, but now she praises Madonna (people know and like her, she is socially acceptable). and just a lot of her other antics, to me anyway, Screams, "LIKE ME!!!"
Personally, I'd like her better if she just did her own thing, but then again she wouldn't be rich. Then again maybe she is and is just unoriginal and boring and needs the antics to be interesting. I don't know, my opinion on the matter anyway. |

I think she should try other genres of music. I actually really like her voice. I just dont care too much for the genre in which she has chosen. Unless theres something im missing. |

With other styles she wouldnt be as big as she is now,go to a big club, you'll hear her songs rumbling the dancefloor,if she played piano with a bass and voice, chances are you wouldnt even know her.
She aimed for the big deal, and shes got it.
Yeah i dont like the extravagant stuff, but buckethead uses a KFC bucket on his head,MAB uses a double guitar,Vai has all his stage antics, and pp, actually see and like that. Marketing! |

Yea I don't know for sure (I wasn't even around back in the day) but I'm guessing David Bowie and Elton John were just as "far out" back then as she is now |

Yeah, I agree with Jazz. I don't care much for all the meat dresses and such but she is amazingly talented. I love Bowie and Elton John also and also never cared much for all their outrageousness either. Nobody gives credit to the one that started it all though, Little Richard. |
