What are your musical projects ?

Tell me what are your musical projects .... or are those a secret??

I have a folk/indie project. pretty much me writing music when i'm feeling down. me and a friend are gonna start a blues band when he gets better at drums.

You know what this is a very cool thing ... rock on!!!! :)

Right now im doing a solo guitar... thing. Im playing some songs such as A7X-Almost easy, Beast and the Harlot; Blink 182-Dammit, Adams Song; Papa Roach-Scars, Angels and Insects; and about a 60 others. As well as about as much/more original material.
I need a vocalist though... I usually dont bother with the singing guitarist thing.

I have a funky band going on, and i also do my own thing which is very folky, pscadelic, rockish, etc

I have a 3 year plan, so far I'm just about to go into the second year. I'm making an anime and I'm making the soundtrack to it :) That's it and that's the start to my career.

EMB, you have any recordings? IT sounds pretty cool man.

As for me, just jamming. Not really interested in the solo-guitar type stuff. Still trying to get a band going. Not much going on due to school. A couple of my friends want to start a blues band with me. One knows how to play, the other says he'll play bass on a cheap acoustic 6-string. We'll see. O__o

Not yet for some reason it seems like something that i havent been able to do, however im going to a msuic school this year with a full studio and will learn also how to record and etc so will definatly have stuff

Im currently doing a little folk project with just me, but i get mates in to play their wonderful instruments too. Two songs are up already in songwriting if any of you want a listen!

Also post rock band with 3 of my best mates too, but thats kind of on hold for now whilst theyre at uni.

I've got my solo project stuff going which is pretty much a bipolar genre thing xD I go from really heavy slow-er riffs to extremely complex fast riffs to jazz fusion to progressive blues(It's hard to put an exact thing on that one...I'll have to do a song to show you guys haha)

Outside of that I'm trying to get a couple of bands together...one is a cover band(to play shows=$$) and the other would be for original work.

Have to find 2 singers for both bands(and possibly a rhythm section for the original stuff...)

im trying to get a combo going, and im in a hip hop band
can't find a bass for the combo and i don't want to settle for electric.
might have to though

@ Case, then you should check out To-Mera! They're a very progressive band with genre's like:

Ive got a saxophonist snagged for my "blues" project. woohoo! I love meeting new people during the summer

now i just need a bassist

at the moment i am consumed by my band The Mystery Makers: http://www.myspace.com/themysterymakers we've been working tirelessly on getting a 12 song set together so we can go gig. there are a couple of scratch demos up on the myspace but they were recorded months ago and have changed considerably since then. been trying to amalgamate lots of genres into our songs funk, punk, rock, metal, blues even a little hip hop in one tune.
