Oh,
here are lyrics
tens of thousand warriors
do that sound to you glorious
msthirteen or the 18th street
choise is yours, but the reaper will feast
san salvador, danger and cries
san salvador, in their everyday life
san salvador
san salvador, the city of the death
bloodtrails after another death
Fill those streets after another dead
streets, teared by the cocaine fangs
insanity and hell are led by these gangs
san salvador
san salvador
san salvador
san salvador
eleven murders before sun goes down
one thing is sure, thats goin to not end now
gangwars spread from town to town
before it noted by goverment clowns
san salvador
san salvador
san salvador
san savador
soon its global.
Cheers

Thanks for feedback, really apreciate it. Yeah, I have to re-check those drums. I think its the fills that are bit bungled. How about the vocals, I know I cant sing well, but do it is clear or loud enough?
Yeah, I really liked those guitar sounds too, I rarely play even that clean sounds, but never too late :P.

@ Empirism,
You know, although you may not have a "sweet" voice, the vocals are perfect for this song and it's message. Keeping in mind that Dylan, Springsteen and half the rock world can't sing for crap (in the "classic" sense). I had no problem making out what you were singing about. Clean up those drums and I think you have a "keeper"!

@ Patleh,
Yeah, I still like "puppets in charge". I think if I were producing that song I'd have some interesting sound effects in the background. something like Harley Davidsons cranking up and battle sounds and maybe some politicians making speeches (all softly muted in the background). |

Cool, thanks for feedbacks all. Interesting idea there Phipster, I might consider some... How it is, can speeches of the politicians be used in songs? permissions or something? |

@ Empirism,
I would think all polital speeches are public domain.
FDR "nothing to fear but fear itself"
Churchill "we will never surrender"
all that stuff should be free to use imo
Think about it. I think it would be very appropriate for that song.
I just did a quick google search and the library of congress has a lot of american political speeches. try googling "audio clip fdr"
the sound clips are downloadable, so have fun!

I don't think it's necessary to get permission, since it's been publisized, I think what you need to do though, is write it in the notes of your CD booklet.
I'm loving what I'm hearing though, your timing is good with maybe a few mistakes but can easily be improved. And melodically; everything fits together including your solos.
P.S. I love your accent! :D |

Ofcourse we do :P, most of Finnish people love winter me included even thou I love Finnish summer more. Everything goes almost normal in Finland during winter tho it gives a little more work to do to give a possibility to things keep going normal.
Our band training place do not have warming yet so I found it unpleasant to play in -10 celcius or more xD, so thats why our band do not be active during winter. |

Interesting. I hate summer here in southern California it gets over 100 degrees Farenheit. I used to live in Washington State where it was like 50 degrees every day and I loved it. |
