band with emotion

what is the band you think tht puts the most emotions into there music, as is guitar, and lyrical and everything wise?
mine by far is the imfamous pink floyd.

what kind of emotion? if its general...id say any hate metal band...or well...the obvious-any "Emo" band. if you mean musical emotion...id have to say The Jimi Hendrix Experience.

I've come to find one thing about the White Stripes,
Jack White can create some powerful emotions with his guitar.

true dat hendrix played with about as much emotion as anything(i mean in the expression and the sound and the meaning of song, not the emo bands.

I wouldn't call them "infamous." Definitely famous, if anything rebellious, but not evil... In fact, I'm listening to Animals right now... pretty much the opposite of bad, although they definitely have their melancholy songs... Vera, how beautifully haunting is that? Practically the whole Wall album is.

All it takes is a listen to their live work...

A hige reason why he's my favorite guitarist, listen to Lenny and tell me you don't hear it, then actually watch him play, it's twice as powerful.

DMB is another strikingly emotional band, their live work is double the emotion of the studio work.

Michael Hedges has it going on with him and his guitars. Quite inspiring.

A band I really like that has lots of emotion is Dir en Grey. Listen to the song "Namamekashiki Ansoku, Tomadoi Ni Hohoemi"

Santana, SRV, Mustaine hates Metallica and The System and he shows it in his lyrics and shows. I havent seen hate this legit since the Hulk.

I have to put Skynyrd out there. Their music, and I'm talking about the old stuff (I don't follow the new stuff as much) was about real life. Curtis Lowe was based on one of Ronnie Van Zant's neighbors when he was growing up. Garry Rossington was out partying and drove his car into an oak tree, that's where the song "That smell" came from. To me a song is better if it's about something real.
