Love the song 'Stroop Effect' find it so nice to listen to especially the solo it's such a rare tone to come across in a solo now in quick shread/prog metal.
After listining to it twice it's starting to influnce my playing :) |

I await eagerly, one thing I was wondering is how does your Strat stay in tune so well with the tremolo bends on your 'Summer' entry? When I do such bends, I go out of tune by about a step and a half no matter how gently I touch it.
also what did you use for the Time solo? That is the best reproduction of Dave's sound I've heard ever....I truely hold you high my friend. |

The secret,used by many such as Yngwie And Jeff Beck,is to have really low tension on the Bridge,a perfectly balanced Original Fender Bridge can Do the job,Mine is a simple mexican strat,all stock,and it does not detune!
other Thing is,if you watch in the video at 1:26,i pull the bar up a bit,so if the guitar for a reason detuned on the dive before it,it can return to the original position,it works if you have a damaged Floating Bridge,or a non locking one like the fender |

really? intresting will fiddle with my bridge and have a look about it, thank you for the advice.
also cause of your Time vid, I've now started learning the solo and got a real nice tone..minus the reverb :( amp dosen't have any.
Maybe we can see an cover of Time from start to finish? :P Sorry, I'm just really impressed by your cover. |
