anyone else see them live, i just came back from seeing them. they were great.

Fleetwood Mac is friggin legend. Calling it annoying shows lack of knowledge, no offence. For example Peter Green was in Fleetwood Mac that I consider one of the greatest guitarist in history.

and if Carlos Santana do cover song of that band... well allright... great band.

Yep, ofcourse we know that :). But first thing on learning is to break your chains. I listen music from ancient japanese court music to speed metal and couple weirder stuff also... theres always something that you can learn. Never underestimate and snub any band even if you dont like them. You might miss a lot.

i have never liked Fleetwood mac but as Emp pointed out the band has changed over the years and i have no way made a dent in there catalog so who knows but what i have heard I'm was never truly impressed. not that's bad just not me thing.

Music is music, my friend. :) There are so many sources to gain your talent, no point in staying blind folded.

Fleetwood Mac have a lot of different songs, from the purest form of simplicity, to pretty complicated theoretical stuff. They definitely know what they're doing, but just because they know their stuff, doesn't mean they need to apply everything they know into their music if it doesn't suit their tastes. Whatever floats their boat :)

My favorite Fleetwood Mac song has to be "Big Love" Lindsay Buckingham does a solo performance of it that is some of the sweetest guitar playing I have seen. I have been working on the song for a year and I only have the beginning down. I would post a video so ya'll could see if I knew how.

i don't know. there a band that i like to listen while i'm doing something else. kind of like backround music, bu they're style is not my favourite.
