used to play much 9-42 and 10-48, but I recently changed just for curiosity I think to 12-56 D'ddarios... and I never goin to change that. I dont know how, but its far more easier strings to play... or I just imagine whole thing... anyway... 12-56 for me!

I tried playing the smallest size but when I get into my playing I alway break the High E string so I went one size up and It never happened again. Thin strings are good for my liggato licks. |

When I don't play a guitar, I don't change the strings... and since I change the strings on my acoustic every time I get a paycheck, I think I know that.
It's like playing favorites... my acoustic is the favorite, and the strat is the horrid step child :-P |

I was using pink super slinkys for a long time (9-42) mainly cause i bought a 10 pack for cheap.. recently switched to elixir 10-46 and i think I'm gonna go fatter again next time... |
