i hate when.peoples call.multi-fx crap,if you have a good one they sound good,the problem nost people have is not setting up the patches correctly,and getting a horrid sound,i have a zoom 606 multi,zoom.505,washburn blues distotion,80's dunlop crybaby wah,newer dunlop crybaby wah,didgitech rp80 bass fx multi. |

And is anyone familiar with the sonic stomp and what difference does taht really make? |

EQ allows you to shape the tone of EVERYTHING in your chain. I run mine before anything else because I like to shape the pickups to suit a more crunchy while less distorted tone(drop out some bass, boosted mids a bit, dipped treble, boosted presence).
Not too sure about a Sonic Stomp, but I imagine it couldn't hurt your tone if placed and used how it should be... |
