yeah my face is pretty expressive sometimes haha, 6:38 looks like im about too cry.
I use a Roland Cube 30X. R-fier setting, full gain, bass is at about 1/3, treble is at about 3/4, and mid is cranked.
4:30-6:40 is Electric Funeral by Black Sabbath. hopefully i didnt ruin it too badly xD
oh yeah adding to the tone thing, those are just the jackson stock pickups, not fancy expensive emg's or anything
anyway heres some of my improv. sorry the backing track is so quiet, i'll turn down my guitar next time. its in 2 parts cuz when i uploaded it onto the pc, and i thought that i may as well keep it like that in case not everyone wants to watch a 8 minute video of not so pro playing
Well m8, I think you have risen to top 3 on this site what comes to word "improving" nice stuff, especially liked first vid doom stuff later on the vid. few mistakes here from there but so what.
In little imp you could try improve with those "full bends" if you allow me to put some opinions. Im not sure but I thought that few those bends ended to little high or little low, im not just sure which. improvising scale was nicely done. Rock on m8.

BBT,
Yeah I agree with Emp. you have improved so much over the winter. Quite a few members have come a long way in the last 6 months. Nice job. I like your choice of backing track.
Phip
yeah this place will be full of brilliant musicians in no time. for the backing track i used this site http://www.jamcenter.com it has lots of cool jam tracks that i recommend playing on, the best way to learn to improvise is by doing it, i think i was playing Ballad in D minor
