hey guys.... im not gonna be able to be on any band....... i just broke my left arm yesterday in the morning... so i guess im being a judge, doctor ssays i ont be able to play for at least 3 months, so srry. for all the people who wanted to be in my band, i was really up to it

my nerves are totally ded in my fingers. not to be distgusting, but i can stick a needle in my finger, and it doesnt hurt untill it really hgets in ther.

yeah I can jam a needle into the tips of my fingers and toes without any pain then again I have dead nerves since I used to cut off the circulation with balloons to convince people I was shotting heroine

Tequila is good for everything! LOL. Pretending to shoot heroin, now thats funny :D I'm kind of interested in this "band" thing so I'll download the program and if anyone needs a fast lead or rhythm I'm your guy. I play anything from thrash Metal to Country.

Kay I was making it look like I was taking heroin because I thought my mom would put me through rehab turns out it didn't work as I had planned and resulted in me being kicked out of one school, and Soy I think we've all smoked reefer at least once frankly my parents were kinda addicted so now as long as I keep it within reason nobody really cares, and yes EMB my toes I have calluses on them too mostly because my shoes are a little tight but theres no way I can part with them they're Iron Maiden slip-ons

lol i could see u strumming ur guitar with ur caloused toes lol. i did tht with a ice pack sorta. had a big test and a detention, really didnt wana go. i put an ice pack in the microwave, made it hot. put it on my forehead. started coughing. gave myself dark circles under my eyes. crumpled up some tissues to make it look like ive been blowing my schnoz all night, say i didnt sleep, and bingo, u got urself a "one way ticket to hell!" thts from highway to hell ac/dc and i had 2 days.

no i dont, as i said i take 2 grades advanced, and im sopossed 2 be smart. my parents think school is like everything, somtimes thers the day i just dont wana go, so i have an excuse to not have hw or somthing. in elementary school id miss tons of days, thts cause they knew it didnt matter, id go 2 florida or auburn and play golf and watch football games. then if i got "sick" ther, i could miss a whole week, cause its painful 2 fly with a cold.

yeah I was like that now all my teachers said just come back in september and pass these tests and I feel you man my mom gets in my face about school constantly because she was an idiot and never did anything with her educatoin and now she has to work minimum wage jobs I actually make more than her an hour

lol...both my parents are laywers...my dad is also in stock market. my mom went to university of pennslyvania, its like the 5th best school in the nation, my dad went 2 william and mary, also a very good school, both got straight a's, i guess it suckes either way, having a dumbass parent or having einstein as ur parent.

yeah not to offend but did you just say that both your parents are lawyers in New York and I think you said before that you were jewish thats kinda steriotypical, and my family is actually like geniuses on my moms side but my grandpa dropped out in grade 10 after finding out that he was for real like smarter than the teachers but now in the stock market he's become a muultimillionaire so it's all good

@pusher: accutally my dad is christian and grew up really poor, and yes in my school which is like 50% jews, and going down, it used to be 80 but now its filled with asians and indians. they work their asses off, and since we got like the best skool, they come here, all parents are laywers or doctors, or both lol.

also, bhs is right, we need to eliminate some posts, like thers one tht tili put in tht has one post, his. also eliminate, when no 1 is posting them, the unrelated ones, i think gb once started one like tht, and gas prices eventually should be also.

Maybe we could have some kinda way of nominating useless threads for deletion? A thread goes up for deletion, and say, 10 people have to vote for it to leave.

Hmm... I agree there are a lot of topics not concerning guitar, but that's what the general chat section is for (all though this is in the Battle of the bands section). Some things should be put into PM's but the forums would really suffer from it, it has been kinda slow lately. I also like having the old threads to look back on. I'm not trying to start an argument that's just my opinion ;-)

i agree with bhs and after, the poll gets deleted lol, the poll would get deleted by any person after a "verdict" is reached.

However, I only have creativity, not skill like the rest of y'all

creativity is as important as anything else.. the most important aspect a musician should have in my opinion.. anyway, im sure ur a decent guitarrist
