AS Of Now,im an official guitar instructor (:
I recruited my first student yesterday!
He is paying me a sexy $20hr for novice guitar lessons.
Nothing major(no pun)Just basic technique and theory lessons.
He also has 2!! others who are interested !! I was excited,so i just thought id share.

I wonder if Galt-Lodi-Elk Grove could sustain a jam teaching studio. There is a place a few cities over from me where they get a bunch of aspiring band guys together and they play jams with a teacher giving instruction.
They also do straight practice studio time, but it's on a stage, so a really different feel.
They seem really useful for getting people like me regular playing time with others. It could be a pretty good business, with your shop in the front near the bar.

Wow tsb,you talk like you live near elkgrove,galt area.In galt there is a few musicians,but in elkgrove there are thousands,there is 3 music shops in eg. My property has a huge,i mean huge hall on it,i was thinking of renting it out for pratice space and jams.sound like a good idea?

Lol, yeah. It's awkward when you're being interviewed and your boss has just given you the job and he asks you what your favorite thing on the menu is and all you can say is that you've never actually eaten there. xD

Just say that one,and point akwardly at the menu,and hope he says "Oh yeqh, me too,heres a raise xp"
