I was just thinking that you have great tracks but they all sound a little thin. Then I plugged my nice headphones into the computer: and everything changed. Suddenly I was listening to the song I 'wanted' to hear when I first heard the track. Great job.

aside: Do you mix with headphones or monitors? How about you other guys?

Unfortunately, my monitors are stuck in America... So I use my Studio 'phones to mix down. The only thing you need to 'get' my tracks is quality speakers or headphones. If they have a good EQ, the listen should be fine.

Thanks for the listen though! I am glad you were able to hear the song for what it is.

Do you double/triple track the rhythms? To me it sounds like one track...

Pretty good track man, I like the laid back vibe I got from it too, sort of like it was a loose almost jazz-like jam with just you and a drummer.

Pretty cool stuff man :D

Man, that reminds me of burning rubber all the way up main st, looking in the rear view mirror and seeing those blue lights come on. Drop second gear and bust a hard left onto south st! bye bye!
Great "get into trouble" song for sure!
excellent mixing, good levels.
If I could afford it I'd go out and get myself a speeding ticket!
I'll tell the judge it was all your fault slinger!

This one is one track for each instrument. Rhythm Git, Lead Git, Bass and Drums.

Cool man, I'd like to see what you do with triple/double tracking the guitars, but not like "exact" tracking, you know, a little difference in things between the tracks(some light harmonies maybe, eh?)

I think it'd be pretty cool to hear what you could do with that approach bro :D

Most of my other tunes have multiple tracks like you are suggesting... But with this one, I just wanted to keep it down and dirty; as simple as I could.

I really liked your new song. Good job. I just let it go and listened to all the songs. Really excelent music. The transition in Time around 5.50 from clean to distorted was very nice. At around 6 minutes into Modernist Muzik Project when you had what sounded like a tv going and your were playing at the same time that is what i liked best in all those songs. Excellent work. Keep it up. These songs should sell as an album.
