Well it could be part of a F# m6add9 without the root and the fifth. Seeing that these intervals arent very tone-intense to the chord. |

I agree with Admiral. i thought the same as Carl & GMG but on second look i noticed the tab is UPSIDE DOWN! |

look at the tabs closer everyone, they are upside down.
I can't tell you what the chord is but what I can tell you is that the way you tabbed it there is no C# in there. the notes in that chord are
A, D#, and G#. |
