crappy choice?! come on man, I wish I could another guitar that nice.
Easy decision for me though, guitar all the way, since I don't play video games unless I'm hanging out with friends.

Crappy choice because ive wanted a ps3 forever, but i fell in love with the guitar instantly.
And i pick ONE.

Im leaning toward the guitar though.

In all fairness you've constructed this question in a very biased way, by posting on a guitar site! If you were to post on a gaming site, I'll give you 3 guesses as to which option people would favour. The fact that you've posted here suggests to me that really, when it comes down to it, you want the guitar...

personally i dont like ibanez, but i dont play video games at all, and really dont like them, however my friend does and has a ps3 and he NEVER plays it, the 360 just blows it away i think... and of course id take the guitar...

I love my PS3. One of the best purchases I've made. I'm a friggin' Bluray junkie now. I'm very content with my guitars/amps right now so I would have went with the PS3. I want to get a second one so my wife and I can play some of the cool games that are multiplayer, but not split screen multiplayer.

Yea, the games are good, but ill live with my psp.
But the games are expencive...

That is a very nice guitar though, and I have to agree with what Guitar slinger said. That's honestly how I feel about the guitar vs videogames. Though Left 4 Dead 2 is one of the most entertaining games i've ever played with friends!

And I see what you meant by crappy choice, I thought you meant you really didn't want either of them(glad to see you were just torn apart by the choices lol).

Anyways, when you get it, on Christmas or whenever if it's before that, shred out a lick or two for me, huh? ;) that's one awesome guitar bro

honestly... i haven't played videogames since i picked up guitar...!

BUT i think that the two skills are mutual. i played saxophone for 8 years when i was young, and i kicked ass at video games (still do). i have a friend who played upright bass in middle school, he only played for a year or two BUT he's really good at videogames. i think it's a skill that requires some intellect and dexterious fingers. you know, you don't have to be a math genious or anything, BUT it's the same certain type of mind...

whatever, i love both music and videogames. i think the ability to think on the fly and move your fingers quickly can be applied to both. and although i'm still learning guitar, i will challenge any of you to see who can beat mario bros. 3 faster.

so, in summation: get the guitar. i'm thinking about asking for an artcore for xmas. i don't know how much my parents are planning on spending on me, but they've really been extra-generous since i graduated and got a job...

Got the guitar yesterday!
Now its locked up in a new hard case and i sit anxiously for christmas.

After x-mas someone remind me to get some videos/pictures...
