The lead could use work, but the recording is great.

I think you just had some minor tempo problems with the lead... and judging by how fast you wanted to get this up, that's understandable.

Good work.

The backing is great, is that yours? I like your playing, but there's a few timing errors in it, keep it up anyway, you've improved since i last heard your stuff.

Cheers guys thanks for the comments

Hopefully when i work out how to use the click track on my TASCAM i will be abit more in time. The lead track was my first try, so is very poor. :D

And yes all the tracks are my own.

Got my drummer coming over soon so hopefully i will be uploading some more song sounding songs and not just tunes. :D

Lewis

btw, anyone hear a hint of porcupine tree in there? that's what i was going for. :D

Very nice. Nice melodies and background acoustic was pretty awesome in my opinion especially how it sounds and it have good groove.

Solo track have couple timing issues, but that prolly become better when you get drums done. Cant wait finished song. Cheers!

Only thing that I didnt liked was the lead sound. Its too raw or dirty to that background and could considered tweaking.

Anyway, good work.

at Empirism.

Totally agree about the lead sound, had some issues with my floor pedal, so used the built in effects on the recorder, which don't sound great. I will consider making it more in tune with the acoustic guitar. :D
