I'm actually lucky enough to own this amazing(ly beautiful) guitar.
Schecter C-1 Classic

Of course, the famous Gibson EDS double-neck.

The White Falcon!

I really like the Custom Les Paul Black Beauties too, there's a picture in the "want" thread if anyone's really that interested or hasn't already seen it.

I bought one brand new for $750 and discovered that it's easily worth twice that. That sounds like an exaggeration, but I swear to God (or your other chosen gods, deities, etc.) that it is. Buying a Schecter will never be a disappointing experience.

Schecter guitars look really nice, and they're supposed to be a great value for the money. I'm thinking about C-1 Artist Limited Edition, which comes with split coil Seymour Duncans, so I can get a humbucker or single coil sound. It's $600, but it seems like a better value than other guitars of that price range.

All of the Schecter guitars I've played are awesome. I've played a few at a music store, and the rhythm guy in my band uses a C-1 Plus (very similar to classics). They all sounded awesome, and after playing them, any guitar from other brands below $1000 seems to play like the neck is made of sandpaper.

That guitar reminds me of some of Carl Thompson's work. He mostly does basses, but here's a cool guitar of his that I'd actually like to own. Some of the other ones he's done, not so much.

And here are some pictures of the guitar I'm buying: A slightly used Gibson ES-335.

@foogered: First guitar is nice but the only thing I am not so crazy about is the curl on the cutaway's tip.

Yeah, it's kind of his style. Looks much better on the basses, but it certainly sets it apart from other guitars.

Looks really uncomfortable to play though. The shoulder and head seem like they'd get in the way if you wanted to move farther up the fretboard.

"B****, get your head out of the way, I'm trying to play Eruption!"

@FOOG

This image does not appear to be shooped. I can tell by some of the pixels, and from seeing quite a few shoops in my day.
