Sounds good, but I don't really know much stuff about recording.

EMB5490, what's with all the pointless posts? You've kinda become the new guitarboy!

what ever happened to him(guitarboy666)? I sent him a PM a while back....never heard back.

So give us some specifics of the new toy, how about links or something. I currently use a johnson j-station pluged into a EMU 0404 sound card. works well so far. but I have thought about getting something diffrent.

@bhs: lol woot, ive taken his legacy, soz bout tht guys, i mostly keep it kool, but i do go off topic somtimes. he sayd his dad took his comp or somthing. idk. we all have pointless, juvienial, boring, or meaning less posts, its part of the game. also, y do we have this post count thing? it seems like gb just went on here to get a higher one, he started mutlple topics on totally non related stuff, i also dont want any 1 to get the wrong idea, im one here to learn about guitar and theory not to chat bout life, although i do go off topic, and it comes up.

Well guys,
I went out yesterday and completed the set. Now i know a lot of you guys aren't going to get to excited about this because it's an acoustic guitar but i haven't stoped smiling since i bought it. i got a Martin HD-28. And MAN it's everything an acoustic ought to be! I freakin love it. I had to travel about an hour and a half to the store and i wasn't sure what model i was going to get but i was pretty sure it would be a Martin for several reasons i won't get into. anyway, i got lucky and i was the only person in the acoustic room and the salespeople left me alone. i dressed in a dirty pair of work pants and didn't shave so i looked like i didn't have a nickle to my name and they didn't want to bother with me. So i had the room to myself and i played every frickin guitar they had in there. i'm a little self concious playing in front of other guitarist so this was great! i played everything 3 times and finally decided on the HD-28. this thing has the richest sound of any guitar i've ever heard and it playes real nice. just wanted to share

I need a new toy... I need a guitar cabinet. I wanna see what my DigiTech RP70 actually sounds like. The only things I use are the Acoustic Simulator effect on it and a certain delay for one song. Need money first though

dude, a real martin huh!

I have a Sigma. Sigma was Martin off brand like Squire to Gender or Epiphone to Gibson. It it by far the best acoustic guitar i have ever played, but it's no Martin :)

Hey what's that like? I was thinking of getting one a while back but I'm really trying to steer away from 'signature' branded equipment for the sake of finding my own tone. But I'd be interested to know what you think of it?

Hey Phip. You have had a while to play with your new toys so what do you think about them? I am more interested in the mic because that's on my list of things to buy right after an overdrive pedal and maybe an equalizer.
