You got some pretty flashy and well done stuff their, but some is a bit too much for my taste. Not only that, but I like logos to be drawn rather than using fonts. That's just my preferance though, so keep up the good work.

Nah, it's just something I do occasionally. I'd like to be in that industry, though.

@Doz

Well, I'm flexible, so maybe we could work something out. I'm not a horrible drawer either.

Here's something I drew a while back

Ooh, cool. However, my band is getting some local designer with a good reputation around the music scene to do some stuff for us already.

I have a cousin that does that for a living I don't know the job title would be I guess graphic design. He designs album covers and cd graphics and I think he can also mix your cd.

Thanks, yes I did draw it, it's a digital drawing. I used what's called a wacom tablet, I draw on it and it shows up on the computer... I used photoshop cs3 and painter 10

Yeah it is a tad gory... more gory than I intended but it just kind of happened so I went with it haha

Wacoms are pretty sweet, I've seen people do incredbile paintings with them. They look like handmade, but are actually digital!

That's sweet bro. There's a guy in UG who needs a logo in that sort of style. I'm gonna try and get his e-mail for you (if you can do it).

I would link you to a few of the stuff I've done, not band work though, just artwork. But it'd be thread hijacking which is EVILL!!

Your Drawing is good but your GFXing is lacking you can do a lot more with photoshop than that.

My gfxing? Are you talking about like textures and filters and what not? They are purposely absent from that logo because it is a vector image, which means it can be resized to any size and not lose it's resolution, perfect for t-shirts, flyers, tickets, and so on... And you really can't make a judgement on my entire skillset based on one piece, that's very unprofessional. And I know exactly what you can do with photoshop, I have been using it for 8 years, 6 years professionally.

That aside, I do have more work I can show you guys, but I will do so in another thread so I, too, do not become a thread hijacker.

Ahh alright. And that image you already posted has the right amount of work done to it. Any more and it'd get to cluttered... which isn't realy any good when it comes to logos and t-shirt designs.
