Living the poor university lifestyle and having lost both my picks I've made one from the lid of a pringles pot to play with until I get more.
So I was just wondering what you guys do to substitute for a pick (apart from the obvious fingers of course)

Buy a single JAZZ III,make a hole on it,hang it to your neck, and there ya go,is the only pick you are going to use in a long time, and being in you neck, you will never loose it |

How thick is the JAZZ III because I like my picks around 0.60-0.75, been using the dunlop nylon 0.60mms for years |

I once used sunflower seeds (in shell)
Not much grip, but it had a nice deep tone
I have picks everywhere. I got a pack of 30+ picks for around $3 at a local, virtually unknown guitar shop when I got lost in Tennessee with my parents 2 years ago. |

I tried picking with a pencil, it sounded cool but its hard to do and probably not the best thing to use...
