So I met my recruiter again today, and I Just got disqualified from my Enlistment. Why? I'M UNDERWEIGHT! I need to gain ten pounds ASAP! Any Help??? |

Muscle weighs more than fat, but it also takes longer to build.
So you're probably gonna have to be patient, and lift weights. You don't really want to have a lot of fat on you while in the military.
But this coming from someone who has no military experience at all. |

Eat and lift, eat and lift, nothing more than that really. It's simple to understand, difficult to see the results in any short term manner. Best of luck to you! |

I agree.with btimm. I would drink muscle milk,eat protein,and
lots of bread,pasta,wheat etc.
You need to ingest carbs and protein,and lift.
Do those thre,and your solid. |

Carbs for the win. But you have to be active or you'll turn into a ball of jello.
Just hit the minimum, you'll gain at least another 10 pounds in BCT :)
