practice scales and all modes of that scale....practice sweeps and learn new ways to sweep other arps that i know...practice string skipping scales and arps...learn new licks...create new licks...learn new chords(maybe) and progressions...things like that

I work at a moving company all year round,but my summer job is working at a nursery(moving plants 100lbs+)and working the register.I go to school too,but the family needs help,i gotta do what i gotta do y'know.Working doesn't affect my grades though,im on the honor roll,So my teachers gave me a work permit.Not much time for music now maybe 1-2 hours a day.Oh well.

Today I play guitar for a few hours, then sleep.
Monday I do PT.
Tuesday I do PT.
Wednesday I go to dentist, then do PT.
Thursday I do PT.
Friday I do PT.
Saturday I do PT w/ my ex GF and some Kids.

ahhh...i used to do PT....now i just use bowflex
