Myspace help!

MySpace is so slow that doing anything there is going to give me a heart attack. That is the ONLY website i ever go to that is like that. And the ONLY website where i can post my wma files.

Do others have the same problem there? And is there an option on MySpace that makes things faster.

The thing is freakin slow,they have lost most of their regular users (Millions),it only "works" (because it really doesnt...) for BIG bands promotion.

My suggestion is,leave myspace,just let it die in peace,use soundclick,soundcloud,internetDJ,thebox.net,dropbox etc etc to post ypur audio files (If they dont accept wma,use a simple converter)

Last time i downloaded something it screw up my computer for like a month and mystereously vanished after that. And that was something highly reccmended. And ONLY myspace will allow my wma files. I made an account at thebox.net uploaderd a wma file and when i went to play my song it was download only. NOt just play it like myspace. I need more other recomendations.

facebook. want videos only. Why not use youtube for that?

for facebook you can make a band page and you can upload music. if the problem is because you have the wrong file type I recommend this

I use it all the time

Get Audacity (Free,worldwide famous legal audio recording/edition software) and its mp3 codecs (Available on the main site)

-Import your WMA To Audacity
-Export To MP3

As simple as that,wma is treated as an obsolete compression format due to the "advantages" of mp3

Whatever you do - you should ALWAYS copyright your songs before you publicize them dude. I've been there... so please learn from my horrible experience and not from yours!

Myspace is definitely dead... but I just use it anyway. :) You can also use facebook - and just add the music apps... they have a fair few. Just make sure you always read the terms of use first - because some of them (mainly facebook itself) says that if you upload it using their program then they have all rights to the song. Some are crappy like that, and others are decent programs. So make sure you've found the right one - never use the facebook upload.

Also, you should just convert your files....

PLEASE Do not spam this site - I use it all the time and it is (if used the way I use it...) illegal... so please don't tell anyone, just keep it for yourself... Anyway, upload YOUR tracks, and convert them using this. Simples!

i gave up. And BBT it says in my upper post that i dont download. So mabye im screwed. Mabyey i can put my files on youtube.

I was the one that recommended Audacity to Null the time before. Null I'm NOT telling you to try Audacity again but LOTS of people here have used it with no problem. And for it to mystereously vanished does not sound like a virus. Again I am not recommending Audacity.
