John Mayer is alright. He has a nice casual style. To not like songs that are constantly played on the radio is a terrible way of picking your likings. Are the Beatles not overplayed? I like to judge it by talent.

I don't because he 'tried' to cover "Panama"...he did so poorly...cool laid back bluesy style but just not my kind of style.

@ BodomBeachTerror, I havent listened to regular radio in a while, I have been listening to selective radio which happens to have a lot of beatles music in it, so you are probably are about the Beatles music not being overplayed, but my opinion from earlier stands.

That's just one song though man. But yes, if it's not your style, it's not your style.

I mean I like the guy, he seems pretty cool, and he's a really good guitar player, but, yeah my taste just lies elsewhere, like SRV, John Lee Hooker, BB King, Buddy Guy, and George Thorogood. Those are my favorite blues players.

I have had the luxury of seeing John Mayer perform live... and he is an amazingly talented musician. He is wonderful live! So much charisma!! Then he ended up jamming with Dave Matthews. Oh my god! It was beautiful!!

I have the live recording of that in my car and I listen to it all the time >.< If you guys want to listen to John Mayer and Dave Matthews playing live... just message me :)
