ENDGAME

Megadeth just released their new album "Endgame" today. I went right after school to pick it up.

This album is great and im only half way through it.

im buying today, as long as theyre not sold out! ive heard 1320 and Headcrusher. and they shocked me, especially 1320

Yeah man dont worry about sell outs. It a great album, one of the better in the few years

Yeah, from what I heard on their Myspace it was pretty beast.

dave mustain is great
but im not fond of megadeth

listening to it right now, im on Endgame... i must say its pretty sweet. but im also kinda disappointed, maybe its just cuz im super tired and cant really appreciate its awesomeness

EDIT EDIT: after listening to the whole album, i was hoping for more faster songs, vocal wise at least. he isnt spitting the words out a mile a minute anymore. maybe it seemed slow cuz i listened through it skipping 1320 and Headcrusher, which are faster songs on the album. and the lyrics were lacking a bit i felt... but all in all, it killed!

Yeah I honestly think it was overhyped but hey its MEGADETH so its gonna kill!

damn I just got the album, it ****ing rules!

Too early to judge though it seems better than United Abominations so far.

yeah i listened to it about 6 times in a row

after the 4th time listening to it, Hardest part is letting go almost made me cry lol

best album since countdown to extinction.
I love it, IMO, Broderick is right up there with Friedman.
and Dave is still playing and singing just as good as he
used too.

now that I've listened to it a few 100 times I can say 1320 is my favorite song.

Dialectic chaos is not far behind, It reminds of Into the Lungs of Hell from 1988.

This day we fight is next with classic Mustaine structure. Head Crusher is also great.

One of my favorites is This is How the story ends just classic Mustaine lyrics and great solos.

I also regard this CD the best since Countdown, with The System has failed close behind.

Of course the only bad thing about this album is that it is too short in duration and some of the songs should have been way longer. Personally I definitely see Broderick 4th in the guitar spot. I still think Friedman, Chris Poland and Jeff Young are better for the style of band.

Aye, just bought this jewel! I think Dialectic chaos is my favorite, but hard to say yet... darn cool album.

I wanted this album. I guess I need it now lol.

I think Marty was best suited for the band.. and did anyone read the guitar world interview with dave hinting that this might be the last Megadeth album? =/
