Green fingers

Every time I play my acoustic guitar it turns my finger tips green on my left hand. Does anyone else have this? What is the cause?

its probably something that rubs off the strings... it doesnt happen to me tho

It only happens on my acoustic guitar. My electric never does it.

Thats pretty strange, those must be some trippy strings

I change strings about every month or so.

thats weerd, maybe its something on the fretboard

maybe you take alot of LSD before you play regardless I'd say fret board problem, I'm allergic to some woods and if I get so much as a little sliver it causes green pus but I mean not green finger tips

I think it is is either what ever kind of strings you use, or something with yer fretboard. As Pusher said, maybe you're allergic to your wood ;p

That's a vintage Gibson Les Paul? It was a Le' Paulo, and it turned my fingers green!

Copper strings. My dads old acoustic would do that aswell.

I vote for copper too. Now, don't throw that copper out: you know what copper is selling for these days!!!!!
