Depends on what you call intermediate/advanced. I can play most rock songs (Zeppelin recently) with a little practice, the solos always being the hardest part to get down. However, possibly due to lack of interest, I'm a fairly poor shredder.

i guess im an intermediate. i have trouble playing and learning songs, but i write a lot of complex material.

I would say I advanced at guitar, Sub Standard at bass, and an okay Drummer.

I'm pretty advanced, I'm doing music at university and studying towards my Grade 8. Plus I can sing really well, play bass, drums and piano and I look really kick-ass as well. Plus I also have an HGV licence and a degree in tour management (well not really but they won't know that) Also my dad is Jimmy Page. Let's start the best damn band there is!

Na all that was a lie except for instruments, grade 8 and uni. My dad isn't Jimmy Page but I know Robert Plant pretty well, no joke. He drinks at my local pub, so I see him pretty much every week in there. My mate also plays in a band with his son Jesse, but things aren't going so well for them atm...
@Doz, yeah I am that guy who everyone else on the course would probs hate except for the fact that I help them all out in class and with coursework or any theory-related stuff!

I'm pretty certain that if I were American I would be jealous, but seeing as I live in a little village in Worcestershire in the middle of England, I have no idea who Phil Mickelson is, and don't follow the Yankees (who are a baseball team?) God I sound so stuck-up!
Oh yeah, the other thing I forgot is that my second cousin is Tony Iommi, although that's probs. stretching relations quite far!
