8s? Why so slinky dude? I wouldn't put anything less than 11's for dropping down.

Believe it or not case its not that slinky...I tryed a custom set of 13's ,but just wasn't comfortable...then went to 11's then to 10's but the jem is so adjustable that 8's are perfect to me...it doesn't even go out with the bar..it has 6 adjustments at the lock so even at drop c its tight...and the evo's have a lot of bottom...even with 10's its to much..the a is kinda hollow but thats about it..

I don't know man, I find 11's to be rather light under my hand in Drop C(talking 11-49s, though I use 11-58s too). 8s for a whole step seems a bit too low for conventional use man-though whatever you like I can't say is wrong; just a bit different XD

I would say good luck but i think you should use your skills instead of luck.

I do hope it turns out in your favor.

We'll guys just wanted to let ya know how it all went..my son and a packed all my equip up and drove for the hour...we got there on time..set up, met the other players..J the other guitarist was a cool dude with out a doubt..and very talented...as the drummer was too...what pissed me off was the bass player ended up not showing..and the lead singer was very weak...so in a nut shell I was disappointed..don't know if I got the gig or not yet...they have alot of people to look at but I was the first...so I set the bar..(which is cool)..I wanted to thank you guys for the support..it meant alot...so I'll have to wait and see if I get the gig...in the mean time I'll keep looking...it took alot to find these guys...there isn't **** going on around here..
