Has anyone found that when your trying to find certain music iTunes just won't have it, I found that until last December they didn't have Led Zeppelin and they still don't have any AC/DC, plus alot of bands that you search they'll only have half of the bands albums or the albums won't have all the songs that you would get by buying the disc.

Yeah, a lot of bands prefer listeners to buy their CDs than download them. Personally, I always buy CDs rather than download songs.

I just don't like buying a cd with only 2-3 decent songs on it, that's not to say that I haven't bought cd's before I just like to be able to only get the songs I want

But how do you know if you want a song or not if you haven't heard it?

I suppose, but you could still miss a really good song by not buying the whole album.

Agreed. I buy CDs as often as possible... I just don't normally have the spare cash.

generally I just listen to the 30 seconds available on iTunes then deem whether I should buy it, that said if I see a disc that has more than half of the songs being decent I'll usually buy the cd however like Doz pointed out most people can't afford to buy a cd all the time, especially when it's a 25$ disc with only a dozen songs on it.

they also dont have the beatles, i wouldnt buy them on ther since my mom has the albums, but im just saying, another famous band not on itunes.

the reason (i belive)they dont have it, is because they either dont wana pay the price the band wants, or the band wont release it. its not only a coinsidance tht ac/dc isnt on itunes, gh1-3, and led zep, up till dec or so wasnt on itunes, and isnt on gh1-3, its because ther not releasing ther songs to them.

Its better to buy albums but the problem is that most bands record lousy albums nowadays.

Actually, I tend to buy CDs for bands that need it more. I buy local band CDs and bands that come through my home city and aren't massive or anything - and need the merch sales. Providing they're decent at least.

I use iTunes when the local record store doesn't have certain albums by artists I like. They haven't had a System of a Down album in almost a year, so I got it off iTunes.
