Is it just PRS singlecut or PRS singlecut SE?

The SE ones are the cheaper versions (Tremonti vs Tremonti SE, Standard vs Standard SE), but I hear the ones that aren't are good. Actually, I haven't really heard anything bad about the SE guitars, and liked the look of some myself.

I herd that once you play a PRS guitar you won't want to play anything else. This is also why i have never played one.

Lol telecrater. I've played a PRS and its got amazingly good tone for blues and jazz but not for a progressive sound. I think of it as a classy guitar. Carlos Santana uses it.

No way mate, it's awesome for prog, and artists such as Porcupine Tree and Opeth use PRS exclusively. I have the Singlecut SE and I think it's a very good guitar. Obviously the full-price version is better but they cost about 5 times as much.

so i have been looking at semi hollo's over the last several weeks. I think i may have to go try out one of the PRS SE hollow's. looking pretty sweet and getting good reviews.

it has a bit of a retro pawn shop look to it.

Yeah, that guitar is nice. I don't mind the pickups being like that myself.
