Rusty....

Well,I finnaly got my power and such.
Studion equip etc. (: happy face.
2yrs no elec really makes you appreciate a hot shower
and an outlet.

Anyway im feeling a bit bleh.
Rusty.

My hands are out of shape.
I cant figure out mixcraft5.
My timing and rhythm are shot.
my creativity has been blown.
My shreddering has been reduced to
12nps...12mawfackin nps"!! >[

Any tips to help improve any of those?

Normally Id just practice til i was back up too par
but i wanted to check for agc words of wisdom.

Only proven way ever. No shortcuts really bro, sorry. Just a good solid practice schedule to get back on, and you should start seeing improvements sooner rather than later(everyone is different).

The good news is that practicing to get your chops back is pretty fun. :o)
