RAGE - LEARNING

I hate it soooooo much when you learn something you wish you knew like two years ago! I'm not the only one right... this happens to everyone right?

Erm...I am usually happy to do that.

I didn't know cold water made it easier to clean egg off a pan. Somthing about solidifying the proteins. I wish I had known that years ago.

It depends on what I've learned. Sometimes it's like..Oh man, I can't believe i never learned that. But sometimes it's the Bob Seger effect..wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then.
