It's a C octave. You would notate it as C major or C minor, depending on what context it is being used in. |

It's a C major.
This isn't a C5 chord. A C5, or F5, or B5 are chords that only have a 1 and a 5 of the chord, instead of a 1, 3, and 5. For example.
C major is made of C, E, and G, with their note values being 1, 3, and 5 respectively. A C5 chord is just the root and a 5, so it would be only made up of C and G. Your chord there is just two C's, therefore it's just an octave of a note.
A C5 is played like this:
|X|
|X|
|5|
|5|
|3|
|X}

It's just C octaves, and if it follows a B5 chord it can still be either major or minor.

Oh, right, thanks for the info guys :) I need to start learning me some theory I think ^^
So how would you suggest writting it with show that it has the harmonic on the 3rd?
as it is played as the F5 shape
5
3
3
With a the third playing as a natural harmonic. |

that starting on the A string would be a sus4
learn your triad shapes!!! on the A string a "C" triad in 1,3,5 inversion would be
G--0
D--2
A--3
then you should be able to move it but just in case move up a whole step you get a "D" triad in 1,3,5
G--2
D--4
A--5
