A Toasty Acoustic Session

Had my acoustic out for once so i decieded to take a quick vid, i know its kinda hard to hear.

i see youre very tense. being tense does not help your playing... relax, dont rush.. practice makes perfect. but i like the attitude youve got, composing rather than doing covers, i guess thats your attitude. you should try to make it a lil more melodical, thats what i would do

sounds more like a song for the electric song imo, and i agree with soy about relaxing. theres some stuff that you need to practice some more. take it slow and make sure you can play it cleanly, then bump up to the desired speed

Definitely sounds like an electric guitar song.

When I was beginning I tried to learn one song all the way through until I could play it totally relaxed. I recommend trying to play and sing at the same time because it will improve your ear, playing, and singing

There's a lot of fret buzzing going on. Do you have medium gauge strings on there? It sounds like it's either the strings are too heavy, or the action is really bad. Should take that guitar to get a setup to make it a lot easier to play... it makes a world of difference.

I think there are medium gauage strings and yeah i know i always seem a little tense when i play acoustic for some reason. It may just be that i never play the guitar so im not used to it.
