The Reverse V looked badass as a hard-board guitar (you metal fans know what I'm talkin' about), but not as a REAL guitar.

Oh and Skold:
That post from yesterday,
That guitar has such an UGLY headstock!
It's just gross.
The rest is nice though, very nice!

@GB

Yeah, John really fucked up with the headstock choice. Still, there is a variation with the traditional tele-stock. It also has everything the Tele featured above has (minus the Bigsby, unfortunately).

Well if you buy that you can just always go and buy a new neck and everything, just rip one off another Tele.

I prefer Gibson over Fender, but I wont pay that much money so actually I prefer a mid priced Epi over any of the two. I am not a great guitarist so the difference in tone between a Gibson and Epi wont be a crying matter to me.

I think tone quality only matters in certain types of music. For example look at Grunge bands they all play different types of guitars and they dont really endorse one single brand. I believe Blues and Classical are dependent on tone. I tried bending notes on my Jackson and it doesent have as much a Blues sound as my Strat does. I also played some punk on my Jackson and it just didnt sound as right as it did with my Strat.
