Cant Believe

Cant believe I broke my left wrist....sucks

Damn, that sucks. Can't believe I got pissed because I broke one string. Can't imagine how it must feel to not be able to play (and the obvious pain, of course).

i know that feeling...i work in a deli...awhile back i sliced off the tip of my index finger. it was terrible i had so much trouble playing...i got so frustrated that i didnt play for two weeks...it was hell. since then ive had to adjust my playing style to make up for the missing finger tip.

I got a soft cast on it so I'm going to try and cut some off so I can play but I dont know.

I broke my wrist a couple of years ago and they put a soft cast on me. I was driving a fork lift at the time so after the first day I cut the cast off. It was fine for about two days but then it started killing me so I went back to the hospital and they wouldn't touch me, said I was a liability for tampering with my cast.

Ooo, that's bad. I get so worried that my fingers might get broken or something that'll stop me playing.

I often have to rest up for the odd few days, sometimes even for a week or two. I suffer quite bad arthritis in my knuckles, particularly in my left hand. It plays hell with my practice regime.

Reminds me of Tony Iommi.
