How about some love for the guitar amps, big or small they are important to your tone (unless you play acoustic). Personally I'm in between amps but would love to see what you guys and gals are playing through.

I've got a couple rigs...first my guitars- ESP/LTD EX-50 explorer, Washburn X-50proFseries (its a discontinued model i think, you can still buy the X-50pro, but the proF is way better). My live rig is as follows...

Guitar>>>Boss NS2 noise suppressor (loop send)>>>Boss Chromatic Tuner>>>Ibanez Weeping Demon Wah>>>Boss Metal Zone Distortion>>>(loop return) Boss NS-2 noise suppressor>>>Carvin SX-200c.
I'm planning on adding the Boss digital delay to this rig soon.

Recording rig:
guitar>>>POD 2.0 (loop send)>>>Line 6 Floor Board (has memory banking, wah and volume pedal)>>>(loop return) POD 2.0>>>Lexicon Lambda USB audio interface>>>cakewalk.

From my guitar it goes as follows:To a Boss distortion pedal to a old Washburn amp(over driven)out (from the speaker)to a 200 watt stereo surround sound 5.1 (with 7 speakers)then it goes to a Crate 50 watt amp also over driven and using a doubler effect.

I am just really simple and basic:
Godin Ezit 22 (or Ibanez Gio GSZ120) >>> Line 6 Spider III 30 >>> Kustom 100 Watt.
My Line 6 has 6 effects on it:
Chorus and Flange, Phaser, Tremolo, Sweep Delay, Tape Delay, & Reverb.
The first 2, the sound changes after half way up the bar. So it is like I have some pedals too but I save money.

When I used to record I would have a Microsoft Lifecam VX-100 webcam and just play/record from that with various recording softwares. I might be getting a new mic or something in the summer though, I don't know.

I don't bother much with amps anymore. I don't go gigging and I can't stand the hassle from neighbors. I've got a small 20 watt practice amp for the odd times the mood takes me, but mainly I run my guitar(s) through my GNX3 workstation and output comes through a set of wireless headphones. I wasn't too keen at first, but I got used to it and now I can play whatever crap I like as loud as I like!

Hmm, I can't say I know that amp.
I Googled 25G Amps and nothing good came up. That's probably the wattage anyways, 25Watts.

Notim, good idea. I should do that :D
I am like you, I am a poor kid who plays whatever he can afford :D
