No, this is from around late 70 or early 80... those are big cities, but even here in under the cold stars these kind of bands were known. At that time, world had huge changes and underground was very breathing. This is the one of the first true goth bands from the time, where the "goth" name or "genre" didnt exist. Movements like this shakened the underground in Helsinki, London and Paris.

We had here in Finland our "own bauhauses", those bands are long forgotten even finnish youth today, which is pretty sad. Most people just listen music and do know, or worse even care about culture and history of written art and the reason behind it.
