I'm looking for people'a ides on strumming progessions for telling a story or making up lyrics. I usually end up using open easy chords cause thos are the ones I can play with my eye's closed. A typical one for me would be: D or Dsus2 - A7 - Em - G then mute. Typical lyrics: little Katie's jumping on the bed // silly Owie jumped off instead // Momma left to get some coffee // clean up yer toys or you get no Tee Vee..// |

Sometimes I use Am - C - E - E7#9 (haha, pretty classic eh? :D)
followed by
Dm - Dsus4 - Am - C - Em
I found this pretty fun and easy to play with cool folk feeling :) |

Look up Irish or Celtic chord progressions. They are great for storytelling! |
