what needs practice?
the only thing i can think of that was a bit sketchy was the one riff in expectations where i move from a major arpeggio to a dim7 sequence?

I think he meant more about timing problems more than composition or fingerings.

There are cool licks and ideas, but there are timing issues. Thats the thing because there are no, or I just dont hear any rhythm tracks. Just guitar, its darn hard to play guitartrack without rhythmtrack, or atleast to me, but anyway...

I dunno if you used metronome on this, but try to remake them with metronome or do a drumtrack and record over, there are quite simple and free programs to this if you can use pc to help.

What was your recording method?

i think it was some sweeps not being as clear as they should, and some taps not fully sounding, just some little things like that i noticed. could be due to the sound quality tho

@Empirism:
I don't know too much about calculating timing, and what not, as in getting it down to a time signature and all that. I just go for what "sounds" right in my head. We don't do anything with a metronome or drum tracks or anything. There's 2 drummers we could play with, but I have too much going on in my life to start up a full fledged band, you know?

@Everybody:
The reason the sound quality is so horrible is due to the fact that this mp3 player/recorder came with a purchase of an item my friend got a while back. It couldn't be worth more than $5 haha, so the sound quality is ridiculous. Thanks everyone for checking it out, it means alot to me.
