Recently, my wrist has begun to cramp up when ever I tremelo pick. I feel like I have lost control of the way I tighten it up. What do I do? |

Prolly just bend it, or work it out somehow. Or work out and build up muscle. OR just trem pick as much as possibly to kind of make the pain second nature and you don't notice it. |

Good idea ozzy but tendonidous can develop when you don't pick the right way. |

try a different technique, different guitarists have different ways of tremoloing, like Zakk Wylde, i couldnt tremolo pick the way he does. Mick Thomson plays with his middle finger hooked on the pickups almost.
try something else, start at a comfortable speed, then speed it up. |

If it's anything like the problem I had, litterally just click it into place. But I'd only recomend that if you have arthritous like me though, or else you'll just hurt it. If it's not that the techniqe change thing sounds great. |
