User Submitted Songs

I was just looking at some of the songs under the song tab and was bummed that there was no way for us users to tab out and submit songs. The fretboard that accompanies the tab is an awesome tool, however I can see this being a lot of work to set up. Just a thought though.

I wish Someone would tab out Hate Me by Five Finger Death Punch. Any volunteers?

Yeah but the songs he has up there are integrated with the flash fretboard, so you'd have to make it so each user could do the same thing. Well, I suppose you wouldn't have to, but that make the point null. Tabbing the songs out isn't hard :P

tabbing them is easy... tabbing them RIGHT is really hard =p

I personally believe it to be a bad idea to be able to submit tabs here because we'll end up being UG having hundreds of users and we'll start asking the same questions so many times it'll drive us mad because no one will bother checking old threads to see if their uestion has already been answered

I think its good we only have like 50 users on the site and not even all of them are regulars we don't wan't thousands

UG Really pisses me off. Mainly the forums. The people are so rude.
Nutter sent me a link for UG about this guy wanting to learn metal but he didn't type very well so most of the replies were "Id help you but you need better grammar" etc.

Yeah. I joined the forums there back in... October? I think.. Cause I was looking for something about guitars. But I never use it. Sometimes I comment on tabs and news and stuff but that's it.

I don't think we need to put an end to UG-just use their tabs and let all the idiots stay on their forums while keeping our nice, small community nice and small.

I like the site for tabs and news. As I've said. Cause I like to know what is goin on in the rock world. And I like to have a decent site for learning songs.

I like the community just how it is. Not too crowded yet there is enough members to keep it fun

this is one of the first forums i used... the first one of guitars.. since then, i havent been on another guitar forum... i really like it here

I really miss OLGA. The tabs there weren't always right, but more accurate than UG...and no pop up ads.

OLGA was the best! I still go to harmonycentral.com sometimes just to look around. I really like this one a lot though. Not too many people and a good mix of us. I also like the simple design.
