That's the free bird tweet. I'm not sure but I think he uses pinch harmonics and his slide. I could be totaly wrong I have wondered the same thing and that is the answer I came to with my limited knowlage.lol

He could be using his slide right up by the bridge of the guitar, around where the 30th fret would be.

he keeps it at the 12th or so fret on the vid?

I would say get a slide and play! If you tinker enough i think you could figure it out.

ye, i was, i think he like does a wierd pick scrape and a slide scrape at the same time, somthing like tht.
