i just found somthing cool tht prob destroys the string...bend one string over the other and while theyr touching pluck the 1 thts bended over the other, sounds like a church bell or somthing lol try it...tht was kinda random. only kinda works with the b string over the d string. |

You're probably hitting a harmonic of some kind. |

yeah, its not that bad if you change strings a lot. it does put a lot of tension on your neck though, which can be a bummer if you do it a lot. especially if you havent changed strings in a while. you definitely might get one to the face.

my guitar teacher just told me whats that. he said hthat mozart or betoven, i dunno, used to say that the guitar is like an accidental orchest(dont know if the word is right).. that is one of the percusions, the bell, other are palm hitting on the body.
it had metal and wooden instruments on it, depending on the distance your playing from the bridge. and i dont remember what else the harmonics were supposed to be. it was a bass, cause you can play it like one and a lot of things like that. |
