Well i found this channel on youtube and I love it! Very qualified videos with an in-depth analysis of the topics. This Video is about how to practice efficiantly, its got some great advice.

also chack out Dave Weiner, he uploads a free lesson every week and also has loads of lessons online. Hes been touring with steve vai, so I'd definitely check his stuff out. Jeff pointed him out a while ago, but i think he kind of got lost in this forum.
