The melody? Have you seen the movie Elf with Will Ferrel? How he sings to his dad is the melody I hear for this. I have no idea why.

I agree with Phip, I believe you could make it into something. I get random ideas in my head,I think they're great at the time. Then, later on I look at what I scribbled down from my head as fast as I could and I think 'What the? Was I binge drinking when I did this?' (that means those ideas I had were waaay worse then what you did here!)

But then I settle down when I have the time and edit them. Make them make sense, and soon a flow as the words develop and a melody come into my head. And I don't think the same as my original thought when I read them again. Just give them a little edit, it'll come naturally after a bit and become something great.
