Hey hey folks.
Well I've decided to learn some Eric Clapton once more (yay) mostly his cover with Steven Winwood of 'Dear Mr.Fantasy' which can be found Here

I've found the chord progression is A-G-D-A (all majors) but I can't figure out how to pick the arpeggio forms correctly, from what I can see in the video he is picking the open form of the arpeggios (Which I found using the arpeggio tool on this very site).

So any help on what the correct picking is for each form?

Thank you =]

I played it and it sounds like he alternates the strings throughout the song but the beginning is basically

e----------2---------2-3hp2-2
B--------3---3-----3----------3
G-----2---------2---------------2
D---0-
A
E

Thats for the D chord then it changes to open A and the picking
pattern moves a whole set of strings up.

There are also some string bends during the G chord
A-----0h3-0h3--0--
E-0h3-------------

I'm not one for tabbing but we all need to hear some Eric Clapton.
Hope this helps.
